I have Google apps and I'm trying to get a Google + page. Problem is on my Services tab page Google + is listed in the group that is "Not covered by the Google Apps Customer Agreement, including the technical support service guidelines."
Why is Google+ restricted to age 18+? Don't you want high schoolers to use Google+? Google+ makes Google Apps for Education good enough to eliminate many LMSs. Facebook is 13+.
The restriction on schools also means that administrative staff cannot manage a Google+ Page for the school with their normal Google Apps account. They have to set up a separate account outside the Apps organisation, and switch logins whenever they use the page.
