It seems themes don't support custom logo with background transparency. The transparent background is replaced by a white background. Do you know a solution?
It's almost three months later and still don't have the Themes options under Settings (and I've enabled new features in the domain control panel). Any estimate when it will be available? :)
Just enter the following URL in your browser http://mail.[yourdomain]?themes=1
Make sure you've turned on these options ( http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=82691 ) 24 hours before or it may not work. Also, GMail themes are only compatible with certain browsers, so if you're not using one, it won't show up.
Themes are not in the Standard Edition of Gapps. I am an admin in my work domain as well, and I can see themes in our Enterprise Edition. Any ideas? Note:
I have 2 Google Apps domains set up. One (recently set up) has themes. The older one has all the items listed enabled and still no themes. Can we get an official word from Google as to why not?
Helo, you can enable themes for users and the domain by following the instructions here http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1185265
