i am a reseller of google apps and soon chromeOS. this video is a great tool to help reassure customers their data is safe.
ReplyDeleteHowever:
- where are the open source hardware specs for the server ala facebook?
-explain the use of Microsoft WIndows computers throughout the data center. i thought that MS was banned from google after the spear phishing attack last year. all that physical security is worthless if someone can access the heart of the datacenter by simply attacking the MS computers.
-can you explain any type of two employee authentication that is needed to directly acces a google apps account? after the single employee accessing users gmail I would hope a multi employee authentication method would now be required which would avoid the rogue employee scenario.
Awesome video, it is amazing to see the inside of the Google Cloud. Please, keep posting more!

ReplyDeleteI love the focus on security in all areas of business, home and personal security. I see many personal security devices, surveillance equipment etc. on several sites and that's why at 67 yrs of age...having to create my own job, I have my own personal security website going up next week but it also links to real anti-theft computer and auto fingerprint technology. We do live in dangerous times. You are on top of it....
